Looking for a 41 help

I think its time to join the apache family. I think a 41 is best.

Do you know of any for sale. I want to make sure it is a true apache, and not just an apache mold built by someone else.

Thanks

Randy Wild

BattleCry 02-17-2003 10:37 PM

Contact Tonto on this board. He has a nice 41 For Sale. I believe it is advertised in the classifieds. He takes VERY GOOD CARE of his boats. Not completely for-sure but, I think he is motivated about selling. If any info is needed let me know. I can reach him.

Tonto, you lucky DOG. Happy Days in the Keys!:)

Wild 02-18-2003 09:06 AM

Of course I would love 900sc with #6s and six man bolsters, all white interior, full cabin, white myco trailer, etc but I need to be realistic and see what is out there for sale. If I have to put some work into it, I will.

Thanks for the help.

I really like the boat Tonto had for sale, but the pink paint was not for me, and I would like 6 man bolster. If it were cheaper I would do those things.

Randy

BORDERLINE 02-18-2003 01:55 PM

On Tonto's boat, you can make an offer. Like I said before, he's motivated. I don't believe it had 6's. I THINK is has 3's. I don't care to much for the paint myself either. Make an offer! Just don't scare him too bad.:D

Just make an offer. If he takes it, GREAT!:)

41 APACHE

Bob's buddys has a pleasure int. I think it's been in canada for like 9 years, pretty nice package.

Wild 02-22-2003 07:11 PM

nykamp, just ran across some pics of your 36, awsome boat.

ScalpTaker36 02-22-2003 07:14 PM

Wild,

Check your E-mail

Wild 02-22-2003 07:19 PM

I tried that email address but aol came back with a message and said it wouldn't go through.

Whats up with that -

Thanks

ScalpTaker36 02-22-2003 09:40 PM

I spelled his name wrong,
Sorry

Zoomnfun 02-24-2003 09:54 AM

Remember if you go with a pleasure version the frt tank is an issue.
Tonto's boat has a new Apache interior and frt tank, the cost of repaint is less of an issue for me then one needing that tank.

IMO, I think that is your best bet out there now.

Dean

later 02-24-2003 10:47 AM

whats the problems with the front tanks?
later

Wild 02-24-2003 11:10 AM

is the fuel tank located in the front V-berth?
Does it what happens when it cracks, does fuel spill out into the bilge?

Thanks

That is one of the prettiest paint jobs on a 41

Buca 02-25-2003 03:54 PM

Ike What kind of money are you looking for? Why are you selling it.

Ike 02-25-2003 04:26 PM

Thanks Bucca, The reason I am thinking of selling it is because I only put 30 hrs this past season plus and i am looking to buy a place in florida as a vacation home/investment. The boat is awesome and very reliable and must be seen in person to get the full effect of the detail that was put into it. Thanks again, Ike.

Ike 02-25-2003 04:27 PM

I am asking $128,000 for it. Ike.

Ike 02-26-2003 09:55 AM

Also my front tank has been replaced.

SLINGSHOT 02-26-2003 04:30 PM

WHAT ARE YOU GETTIN NOW IKE?

WARPAINT 02-27-2003 08:26 AM

Sling, i heard he is getting a pontoon boat with 4 v8 outboards swingin off the back. he is a family man you know:D

Tonto 03-01-2003 12:04 PM

Randy
I think you have all the pics that I have of the "CHIEF" boat. I had it out last Tues. while in Fl. and the boat ran and handled great. As for the paint, you could get it whited out relatively easily. I do know of a boat that might interest you, "TATONKA" is for sale. It only has a two man up front then a wrap around rear seat, full cabin w/ A/C, 900's and sixes. Price $ 250,000.00, you can call Mark on that one too. If you want to buy the "TONTO" boat it can be had for $275,000.00. You can call me if you wish, 770-720-3241 home.
Robert

BattleCry 03-01-2003 10:47 PM

Randy,

Are you a serious buyer yet? Have you made up your mind as to which ones you would like to go look at? What exactly are you looking for? Where are you at on this? Just Curious!

Wild 03-02-2003 01:37 PM

I am finalizing the sale of my AT soon, but I have been saying that for months.

there are six 41s out there that are around the 125k range, all of them would need a little work to get them where I want them.

Some need trailer, paint, new interior, drives, etc.

I would like to stay under 100k since I will have to put some work into them.

I am waiting on pics for the last 2

The Chief and Warparty are the nicest of the bunch, others have more power-drives

Scalptaker, I never heard back from Jon Libby. Is his boat still for sale. I emailed him twice

alot of choices.

Just an update.
