Cash I WISH I was in a position to be forced with such a TOUGH decision. However to answer your question with the way that I look at boat manufacturers as a whole, there is NO WAY that I would buy a boat that was not already built. If I was in such a eviable postition I would look it over and make my best most edjucated decision that I could. That would include construction, rigging, my best guess if the company would be around, and so on.

Jack you are right also there are a lot of Great Powerboat Builders around.

Skater, O.L ,Extreme ,Jaguar and some others.

But here is the "difference" with Apache the revival was done right here on OSO the Worlds greatest powerboat forum.

Threads and Photos are being posted and I read a lot of negitive talk here in this thread BUT everyday the Apache project is getting closer to being wet.

The result will be a Great Boat with a Great name I personally fail to see the folly in that..

Was a real pleasure talking to you at the Pirates Ball.When I asked you why the owners of Apaches have the fierce loyalty to their boats that they do,I wasn't sure after I said it ,what kind of reaction I'd get.However as a gentleman and some one who's knowledge of boats was very evident.You gave very detailed answers to the questions I had.Thanks for the education.....
