Wally I have used West system and Clear Dura Tec as a coupling agent for the polyester putty before;Too repair cracks in the plugs ..A while back.

Rich Not yet the deck should be very far along by now;and they owe a lot of photos..I will try to get some more tomorrow to catch up..

totally awsome!!!! i worked for a company once that built the harley cafe in vegas, well the cycle anyway. we had sculpters that would glue huge blocks of foam together ,scale was 7 to 1 and sculpt the shape of the parts out. we had another man that would spray this bad ass liquid plastic that was hard as a rock in no time. we then would rough it up ,bondo and dura-tec to we were black and blue. if this tec was available back then it would have been a whole lot easyer. that is a impressive site to see that a computer ,1 bit, and foam can prduce today. can't wait to see this bad ass apache

Looks awsome, will the new 41 have more head room downstairs? I like the more room you get with the deck the 36 has and it would be nice in a 41 like RENEGADE has, being 6' 4" the older 41's are a bit short downstairs for me. Will you have one of the last 36's on display at Ft. Lauderale? Keep up the photos!! Can't wait to see the final product. Steve

The last Saccenti built 36 is at the factory, stop by and see Steve. He has
a few people coming to see it, but it will be in Delray, not the FTL
show....too busy building the new 41, thanks And Best Regards.
