The Amazing thing is the design was done in-house and the files were VIA Internet to the CNC People and not a sheet of paper or a hard drawing. All Cad and the 3-D was phenomenal..

With the finishing crew I have about 2 weeks to make it flawless..

There is a new tooling system we are going to use on this hopefully about a month and change to have the first part..

Dan :I will try to keep this thread current. There was the IBEX show and everyone was there last week. that was why no photos.

Steve,

Can you e-mail me the shops contact info? We do a lot of foam molds for our aircraft using NC, but most of the shops are limited to smaller parts. Having a shop who can handle big parts would be usefull for some of our newer (larger) aircraft.
