I really dont care what TA thinks he bought. He didn't buy the Apache name or logo. Its not MM's fault he didn't do his homework. Its called due diligence, look up the term. He is just pushing this legal action against MM in the hope(vain hope, mind you) that he can out spend everybody and win by default. This has to be the most cynical and morally dishonest use of the court system that I have seen in a long time. The courts will decide this and like I said, no amount of B.S. and slick marketing will matter in Federal Court.

Does anybody know if Poker Runs magazine has decided to actually employ some real journalism and print the other side of the story ??? This has to be the most one sided infomercial dressed up like news I have ever seen. Tony and Wampum are right on with there statements, these guys at Poker Runs have some explaining to do. Poker Runs handling of this matter makes me want to question other articles I read in the magazine. Reporting on one side of a story is not news, its advertising. It will be interesting to see if this new Apache does some advertising in future issues of the magazine. Talk about conflict of interest.

Being a "gentleman" doesn't give one the right to ignore trademark law. Alot of the the old owners are pissed at this "gentleman" because he filed a frivolous lawsuit against Mark M. A lawsuit he knows he has no chance of winning. He didn't do his homework. So Mark M. has to fight a frivolous lawsuit because this "gentleman" is the Worlds Worst Business Man(TM).

Fine Steve, build boats, knock yourself out. But don't expect the owners of actual Apaches(not ones on paper) to sit quietly by while this guy wrecks the reputation of Apache. Everybody knows you do work for this company, so of course your going to say glowing stuff about this guys business prowess and his team of attorneys(heh, probably a bunch of divorce lawyers), its expected.
