LOL, Steve nobody said you have anything to do with the legal stuff. You just catch hell because you stick up for this sorry excuse of a boat builder.

Being a "gentleman" doesn't give one the right to ignore trademark law. Alot of the the old owners are pissed at this "gentleman" because he filed a frivolous lawsuit against Mark M. A lawsuit he knows he has no chance of winning. He didn't do his homework. So Mark M. has to fight a frivolous lawsuit because this "gentleman" is the Worlds Worst Business Man(TM).

Fine Steve, build boats, knock yourself out. But don't expect the owners of actual Apaches(not ones on paper) to sit quietly by while this guy wrecks the reputation of Apache. Everybody knows you do work for this company, so of course your going to say glowing stuff about this guys business prowess and his team of attorneys(heh, probably a bunch of divorce lawyers), its expected.
