So Mark M gets sued for owning the Apache trademark and Thad doesn't like that ???? Well, its nice to know that the world revolves around Thad.

So lets say that I buy the trademark for Microsoft from some kid at Best Buy. I find out that the kid didn't own the trademark for Microsoft, so I sue Microsoft. I got it now. Thx for the heads up.

There should be a law against frivolous law suits.
