I think you are right. McManus has already proven himself in this industry. He really doesn't say much, he lets the product speak for itself.

The federal lawsuit is moving but at a slow pace due to Allen's attorneys requesting 3 delays to file an answer. You should read some of the excuses they have filed with the court. I have been following it through the pacer system online.

If you have been following it, who did what to who? I read a while back that Allen bought it from Sacenti, why is Mcmanus being sued? What is the basis of the lawsuit?
