Heya Spitfire,

Believe me when is say this. This whole affair is not complicated. Its so cut and dry its scary. McManus was listed as the owner of the Apache Trademark well before, as in years before, this new "Apache" was ever dreamed up.

Bobby and Eric have both said they sold Warrior Powerboats. Apache LLC just thought they could steam roll Mark M. They were wrong. Before the lawsuit, they tried to buy the trademark from McManus, he said no, you know the rest. Why would they try to buy something they already own ???

They would like everybody to believe this is a complicated legal matter because quite frankly, the simple FACTS are not in there favor.

That sounds about right.....however.....what still has me wondering is why Jack would make a statement like that when he was involved from the very beginning....and he said the Apache trademark...not Warrior.....he was very specific about that....and like I said before...I believe he said that someone did not act in an expedient manner and thus lost the rights to the Apache trademark.....so, that is why I am wondering what the real story is.....

The only person who will ever own a Thad built boat is Thad.

It will cost him over 3 million bucks

I personally hope all this get THROWN out of court and the Chicago group has to pay restitution. I HATE frivilous lawsuites.

Jay, if I was you and I sold all my **** and moved down here to go to work for someone and was then fired, you can bet your ass, I WOULD be PISSED. I don't know what they have over on you, but it must be good.
