I personally hope all this get THROWN out of court and the Chicago group has to pay restitution. I HATE frivilous lawsuites.

Jay, if I was you and I sold all my **** and moved down here to go to work for someone and was then fired, you can bet your ass, I WOULD be PISSED. I don't know what they have over on you, but it must be good.

Robert, oh i was pissed as all hell believe me.
But I have been doing computer engineering and systems administration for 7.5 years, I got another job that paid WAY more than Thad was paying me, and now im looking tot buy a top gun, so the down side here is what?
so i sold my house, big freakin deal, ill just buy another one.
im making 25 grand more now than i was for thad.
was down here in apartment without my wife for 2 months, then wife will be here in another week and a half. (house settlment up north is 27th of this month)
At first i wanted to take a shovel, big long handle and lay it up side Thads head believe me.
After i calmed down, I figured okay, what do i do?
went through with the move, came down, setup apartment, sent out tons of resume's and got a job in 5.5 weeks.
I was getting maybe 5-8 calls a day about jobs, and people that were calling me were finding me not me applying to them. I figured from this that I was a wanted comodoty down here, It worked, got a good job, solid growing like mad company.
So F it, Im glad now that im not with these guys, look what would have happened, you all would have been up my ass about all this cause hell part of my job was PR.
you all would have had a field day on me at my expense.
Now you all look at me as a fellow boater, NOT as someone to try to rip a new one on here.
Was there a final decision on the name yet or is that coming in next week or so/??

Jay,
Sorry you got laid off and I appologive for "ripping" on you and I'm glad everything worked out for you. As you can see though, we, the current owners of APACHES don't like someone coming on here or putting an article in the newspaper saying how they are going to sue someone for something they can't get. Also, the the fact that they can't seem to get a boat bulit on time. I know delays are enevitable, but it is now the middle of May, three months after the Miami boat show and still no boat. All we keep hearing is lawsuit, lawsuit, lawsuit.

If you're going to stay in Boyton Bch, watch that inlet when you get your TOP GUN, it can be a snotty inlet at times, DON'T hesitate, just keep going.

You can only bash the idiots in Delray so much before you get bored. In 9 months or so(who knows ?) when they actually finish one of these styrofoam wonders we can get back to proper bashing. However, they will have a new name by then, so the bashing will move to a different forum.

Any word on if a boat was ever produced?
Is that T4 still sitting there upside down or what?
They dont have the shop cameras up and running anymore so you cant see if anyone is working or not.
I called there about 4-5 weeks ago to talk to Richard and as of then I dont think they had dont a damn thing.
Anyone know of the outcome of the lawsuits and the name issues?
