Has anyone tried Ext. Boxes on a 28? Thinking about winter mods and wondering if they would help at all. Also, what about 2" shorties?

Eric Froberg redid a 28 that had boxes on it and took them off, you should try to get a hold of him to find out why.It looked real tough with them on it.

I would think Shorties would help....Worth 6-7 mph on the Bullets...You have a very low X also......I was always afraid it would cost me in the rough water You only run Cumberland/Bath-tub water tho !!

Gotta get this thing going a little faster to run with you Birdog! Erie is on the agenda for next year, I was also a little worried about the rough and shorties but the boxes would be my first choice if they work.

I got a slow boat now , Todd has the fast one !.....Erie will Ruin you for Cumberland/river running !
