Yes when open air vents air come out and container fill water.
When blow air to containers water goes out and it come up.

System is "locked" like rails when the boat is on lift its
stable. Lake area no big waves, maybe 2ft but windy, it looks
to be fine, so much weight.

When its down its floating and boat goes easier to rails.
