Has anyone tried tinting one of the plexiglass windscreens on an Outlaw. I just want to find out if it can be done, if not I will mabye try painting it. Any advice out there?

I have seem them painted, from the inside....

i thought i saw one for sale before that was tinted.

Like whosnext said. paint it from the inside, I have seen it done and it looks good.

Never mind i see you are talking about the deflector on top of the fairing

You can order them tinted or smoked from the factory.

That would be great...I am sure they are not cheap.

Thanks to everyone... If I can not get one tinted, painting would probably work better anyway because the lower half of the peice is already painted white so it could be masked off and painted a dark grey to look tinted.
I will post what ever I end up doing.

Go to Hawkeye's website. They have a 29 that is sold, but pictured. That boat had the screen painted. Creed can send you a pic.
