I have a 94 Caliber and just got new gauges and I am going to make a new panel for mine out of .190 aluinum on a Bridgeport I will let you know how it turns out. I also have thought about recasting the pod the gauges go into to bring the pod on a better angle to see gauges and just using the 2004 outlaw panel as I have a few of them. Brian

Call Bill or Kevin Gowland @ 608-525-8326. They have the patterns for most Baja panels and will make you new ones. Very reasonably priced, too.

Do you anticipate any problems with the lucite cracking in the winter or with age?
