Yes it was. Mid 90's 20, although harder to find, are still around. They were built up to 1998 and most had a 5.7 V8. In mid 2002 Baja brought them back as the currently redisigned Baja 20 Outlaw. There are several on Boattrader for sale. I attached a pic.

As far as I have been able to find, they were called Hot Shots up till 1995 and most had V6 power, then from 1996 to 1998 they became the 20 Outlaw and were tipicaly found with V8 power. There was about a 4 year break until Baja released the new 20 Outlaw in 2002.
