Default Class Rules for A-Class in mid-1990's?

Does anyone recall what the class rules were for an APBA "A-class" boat back around 1994 or 1995?

I believe this would be a single engine boat, with a max displacement of 468 cubic inches?

Were there any restrictions on boat length?

Thanks,
Steve

I think the 468 ci motors could have 12.5:1 cr and then you could run a 509 with 10.1
I think the max length was 30 ft.

Max length I believe also is 30' NON-STEPPED HULL. 24 min.
I think there is also min boat weight. I believe that with every foot in length there is a 200 lb addition min weght.

24' 4000 lb
26' 4400 lb
28' 4800 lb
30' 5200 lb
