We were looking at Velocity before we got our 33. Big difference in cockpit size, Bajas cockpit is bigger. As far as speed goes, almost any stepped hull will be faster than a true V with the same power. Velocity has been very big in racing in the past, you have to have a well built hull to last in that environment.
