That is an extremely cool solution, Doc. Very nice indeed! There are gonna be people turning around and looking towards the horizon and thinking "where the heck did that come from?"

Like I did a couple of weeks ago.
Jeff "SteelOutlawed" put this exact setup in his 33 Outlaw and hit the button while we were both at idle going under a bridge in Charleston.
He scared the PI$$ out of me!
I cannot wait to try it out on one of the Lake Lizzard PWC's.

glad it worked out for you. I was gonna suggest getting an emergency airhorn that is made and installed in Police Cars and Ambulances. Talk about loud. Gotta be able to get everyones attention over urban traffic. But your's was probably a faster easier fix.

I have train horns on my 2500HD. Not your run of the mill "air horns" these are the real deal. I'll get some pictures & sound clips up for you.
Doc, good job on not looking GAY on the horns. I hope you paint them black so they are not conspicous to the casual looker. It is all about stealth my friend.

Doc,
I justed posted about the hatch not opening on my new 99 OL. Any advice would be great. Oh yea, I will not let you run those horns and my 36 has the same problem. I have a crazy horn on my truck. I am trying to fit one in the stock location on the OL. If it works no one will have a louder horn.

I'm happy to get your approval. I was worried a little, but you put my mind to ease. Thanks buddy.
Damn, and I thought I was done. I like the red look. Oh well, I will need something to do this winter. Any particular shade of Black that you recommend?

As far as your horns go. Paint them black so they are in stealth mode.

I saw those exact same horn as the first post in a boat store today. That's what's on my Donzi Minx, I reckon original. They don't work, but hear a click when you push the button. Debbie absolutely hates them!
The only reason I haven't removed them, is because then I'd have to patch the screw holes.
We carry a handheld airhorn in our boat bag.
