yeah i know its one of those things that you wonder who came up with the idea? and does he still have his job! the whole flush mount setup is bad enough but then the gauges are about the ugliest thing i've ever seen. wish i had a closer pic i really don't think the pic does it justice about actually how ugly of a setup. i do have a pic in the beginning before complete rebuild took place

The CS guy works for a Baja dealer and is selling these covers on the side.

I agree he's a stand-up guy... I hit the buy it now on his auction for a 25 O/L shipping cover, then paid immediately by Paypal. The next day, I had a message that said he couldn't find a 25' cover, that it was for something else, and sent my money back quickly. That got him extra points, but added to my frustration about buying a cover.
Did you people know that those shipping cover's that we're breaking our neck trying to bid on come with the boats when they're new?

As far as self promotion that is part of the business. I came on here originally just to stop the BS about Speed4UO and it snowballed as it always does. This will be the last time I address this issue and jonyb good luck in finding a cover.

Thanks to Alton Blakley Watersports, I've now got a cover for my boat, didn't have to screw with ebay anymore, and saved me a BUNCH of $$$$!!!!!
I recommend everyone try their dealers first before overpaying for these products from speed4uo. I remember someone on this thread saying they were out of stock on those covers, but everytime one auction ends, they list another one right up within a few hours.

Glad you got a cover, but no one is overpaying from Speed4u0.
Ebay is an auction!!!!! Plain and simple.
The higher the demand, the more people want it and the more people are willing to bid and to pay.
Glad I have a 36 Outlaw because I got brand new carpet for only $33.00 (yes $33.00) and got two full mooring/trailering covers for less then $150.00 each.
I really appreciate Baja for putting these items on ebay and giving us all a fair chance to buy and own what we need at prices MUCH LOWER THEN NEW.
Get over it buddy!
