I think someone out in Cali ordered one, scroll back a few pages and you should find it.

Yeah, I ordered that set up. -Just took delivery about 10 days ago. The boat looks nice and the motor just looks incredible. When I opened the hatch the first time I was just grinning from ear to ear.

Baja ran the chit out of it (1st 5 hours above 5000rpm)- which kinda ticks me off because they neglected to break it in properly. Basically used my brand new boat as a test mule for them ..but on my dime.
-Don't even get me started. I'm not too happy with them right now.

But aside from that, it's pretty impressive. Baja ran it into the upper 70's. The tattletale on the gps looks like 79+
I'd like to see 80 or more but not sure if it is capable with that drive so deep. Not rushing out for any mods right now. It will be awhile before I am 100% used to it. I'm taking my time with it.

I have to say. The engine sounds absolutely incredible on the upper end.
The surge of acceleration from any speed is almost scary.
As expected with a mild blower motor, the idle is fairly mild.

I'll snap some pics if anyone is interested.

I'd be VERY pissed about Baja running a brand new boat wide open for 5 hours.... pissed enough that I might have refused delivery. Thats bullchit.

Yeah, I've spoken to Mercury about it. Still waiting to speak to Baja.
I'll keep you posted.

In the meantime...
I snapped a few pics this morning, when the dealer came to pick the boat up to take care of a few items (gelcoat blister repair etc.)
I'll try to attach....
That's the salesman, Ellis in the boat.
