Any of you are welcome to look at the boat anytime. I keep it at Palm Cove Marina(dry-storage)Evidently I am too much of a dinosaur to figure out how to upload these pictures. I have a disc and will be happy to copy and mail.

Try to launch across from the marina a couple times a summer to hit the conch house or caps. Grew up right around the corner.
We need to get everyone together for a run sometime!

Sounds like a tricked out boat, but a difficult one to sell, without taking a bath. It was mentioned earlier to replace with a used 496/bravo-1 combination, I would totally agree with this.
Sure it may be a hassle, but everything you need is on this site... used 496/bravo-1, classified to sell your trick motor, and classifieds to sell boat. If you did this you would attract a much, much larger buyer market for your boat, and you would come out much farther ahead financially.
You have some ncie mods, the steering for xample, but the power and drive is going to turn off the vast majority of Baha 25 buyers.

I really appreciate the input because It looks like some of you have done your homework. Where were you when we started this mess? I guess I didn't mention that it already has the Imco raised extension box and a 1inch shortie. The motorbuilder does A Lot with Velocity raceboats and seems to have considerable knowledge. According to him (and 5 or 6 boats in his shop that make mine look like a jon boat) the motor and all needs to be raised about 4 inches. I only have 2-3 inches of clearance already and do not want a hood scoop. He also told me that a 3 blade prop would work better "speedwise" than the 5 blade 26 or 4 blade 30 that I have now.
