When I have a full tank and 4 people it takes forever to get on plane , does any one know the best prop. It has a 305 MPI and 23 stock prop. Is there any other performance mods.
Thanks

Do you have trim tabs? Put them down when trying to get on plane. Also, make sure the drive is trimmed all the way in, and you may try some easy turns left and right to try and walk each side of the boat higher and higher.
You may also want to go to a 21P prop when running that heavy.

I'd say you need a 21p. 23p is a little steep for a 305. What rpm are you turning at wot w/the 23p?

4 blade will help out of the hole. May be a little slower top end unless labbed nicely. Also better midrange cruise speeds for given RPM. Look for a 22P B1. Call throttle up with GPS speeds, temps, etc and they will set you up properly.
