I tried a 27P hydromotive 4 blade and it was really horrible. If I hit any kind of wave that bounced to bow coming to a plane it would blow out and not catch again until I throttled back to idle. Once up it was 3 mph slower than my labbed 26P B1 and really loose in the rear, could barely trim up at all. It was a 4 blade but don't remember the model. Hydromotive has a new more hydrid (like B1) design in both 4 and 5 blade. I am about the same Hp as your Raylar for comparision. I get 75-76 with the 4 blade and stock Bravo drive (no box). I want to try the new Hydromotive 5 blade as they are claiming really low slip %. Anyone tried one out there on a 25OL? Anyway to sum up give the 27P hydro a chance but just be ready to head back to the dock quick for a change. Good Luck

Iīm still looking at making it up to the Stockholm Poker Run. I have a business meeting on the thursday before, and will have to get on the road straight after. If I go for it, I will bring a number of props for you to try. labbed 28", 29" and 30" Bravo, and two Maximus 26". the five blades arenīt gonna be your thing but you have to have experienced how they run!

Motor looks great. When is it going in, and more importantly- when's the first splash?
You planning on bigger tabs, hydraulic steering, extension box, or shorty?
-Looks like small tabs in the pic and I can't see the steering.
