Faria Customer Service...
Excellent.
The 'deductable' for fixing my guage was $42.50. My Tach had gone bad, needle became fixed over the winter. I overnighted it to them on Monday, and they had it Tuesday. I spoke with Irene and Ted at Faria. Irene stated they ship everything USPS Priority, and she would do her best to get it back to me by this weekend. I also asked if she could help me get my hands on a blank guage insert, so I could re-install my depth sounder, as the old blank was showing wear and cracking. She said, "I think I can come up with something."
Low and behold, this afternoon my new Tach showed up, and along with was a brand new blank guage.
I had to give a shout to the folks for taking care of me. I paid for the service, and I'll be damned, I actually got it!
Thanks Dave M for the pointer on going to them directly.
