Jason knows this is a tough crowd!

But he has earned our respect and has done a wonderful job getting everything out of his boat you can.

I hope I can join him in the 90+ MPH club soon.

Jason Smith 29OL
Boby Todd 33OL
Jeff Akers 36OL

Who else is in the club?

FREQUENCY

You cannot gauge by size alone. It has to be SIZE + FREQUENCY.

If they are 5 seconds apart then I would agree and call BS. But if they are 30 seconds apart then it is a GREAT ride.

Not even close !!!!

36 OL 502's Stainless Marine headers and the Arizona Speed and marine kit and labbed props only sqeakes out a best of 73mph.

Havent even owned it a year yet though !

I dont think I will be shooting for 90 mph ,,,, I dont want the aggrivation that goes along with it !!!!

Rollers 30 seconds apart ? in a lake ???? are you kidding?
I clearly don't understand lake boat measurements or terminology.

??????

Are we not talking here about sea conditions?

There is no such thing as rollers in a lake. There is wake and slop but not rollers.

I assumed when he said 4 foot rollers he ran the boat in the ocean.

The wind to make a four foot wake in a lake would be caused by a tornado and you could not boat.

I'm not trying to be difficult but I assumed we were talking sea conditions here.

Dock,
I agree with every thing you just said. You assumed he was in the ocean, I assumed since he from Grand Prairie he was in a lake.

I don't know if it is possible to create a 4 foot roller in an inland lake.
{ Great Lakes not included of course} There must be a formula that includes wind speed and fetch to estimate size.

I have to get back to work break is over.

Dock, enjoy the rest of your day.

The wind was right out of the south at 40 gusting to 50.
Ben the motorman was there along with a few others.
Trust me, they were 4'. When I would idle they would break over the nose of the boat. I'd say they were about 15' apart, peak to peak.
