I'm going to hang my boat in a sling a find the pivot point front to rear then add a appropiate amount of ballast to rear. I also plan on trying a 1" spacer this weekend if I get time,I just happen to have one of those laying around from the LAST failed experiment. I spoke to brett at b-blades and he thinks my labbed 30 needs "baja cup" to help carry bow with higher prop c/l. The thing is though if boat wants to naturally settle bow first when you back out of the throttle then it will still get dangerous if motor quits suddenly or drive breaks at speed, extra prop cup will only help under power. I think the fact that I have lightened engine by at least 100lbs over stock AND no one desires to ride in my boat anymore I don't have enough rear weight. When I have 2 passengers in rear seat boat settles down stern first when slowing down. I just have to figure out how and where to add re-movable ballast,Smitty
