Mark, the boat looks great. I look forward to seeing it up close.
You pick a great crew to do your project. Having met Dave and get to know him, he is the right man for the job. (great work Dave!!!)
I agree with Jason, Mark you should put together a national Baja regatta. With advanced info I'd drive just about anywhere to go to that dig.

Thanks for the kind words. Yes I have the BEST team I could have found on this project and they are not missing a trick.
Jason has me thinking about a Baja regatta and I would really like to do this. I'll keep you posted.

Jessie,
You know I cannot take all the credit on this project, I just report to Mark what the team accomplished on a daily basis.
We have the cream of the crop of ex-Baja employees working on this boat, without dealing with any (questionable) upper management personel.

Thanks Doc. That is quite a promotion from what I am normally called. One of the nicest things anyone has ever said about me AFTER they have met me. Hell, I guess I can call you a friend now!

TB - lets celebrate my promotion to "questionable" with a few Shastas on Monday! I'll meet you at your place @ 8am to get started. Let's see if we can get through 2 cases each by 8pm? That is only 4 Shastas an hour. We can do it!

Well the Deer slayers are still MIA somewhere in the woods of southern Ohio.
But the good news is Adam is hard at work in his machine shop machining a plate to go under the sudpad for the actuator to mount to and also machine a stainless steel tube to go over the actuator with some really cool tricks to it to allow the sunpad to be raised up higher if needed and he is also putting some teflon/delrin on the ends to keep the tube from scratching up the polished actuator.
Then they go to Clayton at Kustom Kolors for painting.
This project is almost complete!
