I'm really looking forward to seeing you and all the folks tomorrow. I have greatly appreciated your positive can do attitude through out this entire process. As excited as I am to get the boat back I will miss watching the daily progress and having the communications with you and Adam.
You have shown a level of professionalism that I have not seen in this industry before. From the first day when you were listening to my every word and taking detailed written notes to all the email and phone conversations by you and all your associates. I especially like how you never told me how crazy or stupid one of my ideas was, but instead you and Adam just ran with it and did the “RIGHT THING” that was always better then I could have ever imagined. I have learned so much from this project that my head is spinning. What I did learn also was just how little I actually knew!
Tommie cannot make the trip up with me but she also wants you to know how much she appreciates you and all you have done. Just like last night when your email started out that you hope she likes the colors and placement on the ribs she instantly replied before even seeing the pictures that she knew they would be perfect.
You guys are true professionals and it shows in everything you do. We wish you the very best luck with XT Innovations into the future and will support you 100%. I sure hope the word gets out and others see what a great resource we have up in Bucyrus and will support you and your company also.
