I've driven:

1997 232 Islander 7.4L
1998 252 Boss 454 MAG
1999 272 Islander 454 MAG
2003 33 Outlaw 500 EFI's

Those late 90's boats all had horrible fit and finish but ran and rode well with the exception of the 232 which did not have tabs and wanted to porpoise with any positive trim. The Baja's I saw at the boat shows last year really showed how far Baja had advanced their quality control in the last 10 years.

My 226 didn't ride that rough. It sucked compared to my 29, but it was still fast as hell. Smoked my share of boats. Took water over the bow at LOTO during the shootout & my story pretty much follows JT's when it comes to wifes.

25 Outlaw
29 Outlaw w/ single HP500(My current boat)
33 Outlaw w/ 502 EFI's

Those who have driven the 32 Outlaw, what do you think about the ride? I am thinking of moving to one from my 29 Outlaw.

I have a little seat time in a 32 Outlaw, mainly down
at LOTO, they ride pretty good, and predictable.

This one has 4 bolsters in it, it was great for
hauling a bunch of people around.

My only complaints on it was the drive and tab indicators
are mounted in a poor location, and the 3 piece cabin
door was kind of a p.o.s., otherwise, great boat.

Guys , mine is short ad sweet, but hopefully will grow!

25 ol 454 mags.. 5, owned for 4 years.. great move up from a 21 degree 226 Larson.
275 boss w/ho, nice boat slippery deck when wet and slightly hydrated, nice boat! 4.5 ( not a windshield guy)
33 ol, 5!! Love the space, engines had 12 hrs.. so run like a top and you can bring the bow down and run smoother in rough.. though haven't been in anything rougher than 2's yet! Love it!!
