I went with a 19 pitch rev 4 on my 212 Islander. The hole shot is now great and the top speed is still around 65 and acceration is great too. The trim tabs would be good investment if you boat in salt water but probably dont matter in the lakes.
Good luck Mark hunter

Dallas01,

I have a set of duel ram 12 x 16 tabs on my 250es. I installed them to get on plane quicker and they work quite well. I would think to help out on your hole shot you might want to talk to a prop guy who could steer you in the right direction once he has the particulars on your boat ie; weight, size, engine rpm and such.

I have found that Chad Hill Props to be quite helpful in the past. You can email them at;

good luck
