Hate to say it, but I would be calling Sea Ray daily. That is structural and most likely will develop again. Also I'm guessing once your glass guy touches that boat your warranty just went bye bye unless Sea Ray authorizes it. Unfortunately this is why Brunswich IMO dumped Baja and why Fountain went back to stringers.

You need a LAWYER involved asap.
I heard of one guy that took legal action and they took his 35 Outlaw back and gave him a 36 Outlaw which was a nicer boat and was on the dealers lot as even trade. It helped the owner get into a trouble free boat, it helped the dealer move inventory and it got Brunswick/Searay out of a pickle.
Don't waste anymore time. This is a well known and documented problem that will not go away. From a safety standpoint I would be concerned.

If there are already paper trials about this issue reflecting other cases than it may help.

You'll be giving them an "out" if it
isn't handled by Sea Ray.

Same prob. 2006 30 Outlaw. Called (myself and dealer) literally hundreds of times. No luck. Sea Ray kept saying anything above the water line is considered cosmetic. Thought about lawyer route too but I figured it would end up spending me more than what I would get from Sea Ray. Was quoted around $1000 for repair.

Put together a class action lawsuit. There are lots of people that have liner boats that have this same problem. Hell even the threat of one will get Sea-Ray off of their a$$ and to do something.
