Sorry but that is incorrect. If you choose not to disclose the upgrade and your boat is capable of more than it has been rated for, then you run the risk of having some major problems if you have a claim.

I stand corrected. I was misled by my financing company.

That is true.... one of the very first questions they ask after the length is the horsepower.

Just my 2 cents, But there are people looking for more than stock power, and if that is what you have then sell it that way. you will spend more money putting it back to stock than the sale price difference (swapping engines is not cheep). now saying that it may be quicker to sell a stock boat but how long do people leave things stock any way? good luck

You think? it had a 6.2 originaly that was gutless. With the 6.2 i was getting about 55 mph and cruising around 30. With 514 im at 88 mph gps. Do you think that its to much?
what do you think the boat could sale for? im going to try to post a few pics. |

NO WAY 88! Prove it! 514hp? or 514ci? either way i doubt bithout external steering, kplanes and white knuckles i dont think that boat could be safe at that speed. i have an outlaw and 74 was a little scary. and im running 570hp N/A. were you running down river when you recorded that speed or something? not trying to be a dick but it's a little hard to believe
