You guys think I can launch a 342 with an '09 Chrysler Aspen? I'm not worried about pulling it out. More concerned about it pulling me in the river while backing down the ramp. Like I mentioned above, I have use of an F250 to go from winter storage to the marina.

Boat outweighs the vehicle by about 3,000#'s depends on how steep the ramp is I suppose. :Not something I'd try. party-smiley-004:

If the trailer had electric or electric over hydraulic you would have no worries.

Well it wont pull you all the way into the river It should stop once the boat hits the water.

Looks like banks have their ass cheeks puckered any more. Credit isn't a problem. Down payment isn't a problem. It's loan values on boats these days. How can you tell me a clean low hour 2000 342 is only worth $30K? Won't even include options or trailer as part of the value. Looks like I'm getting a canoe!
