What to buy now....
I don't want to jinx anything but I believe my 29 OL will be on its way to a new home by this time tomorrow. If the deal were to fall through I'd be fine keeping it. The boat is super clean with low hours.
Anyway...on to the fun part. What's next????? I have 3 footitis. For another 29 or 302 it would have to litterally be a deal too good to pass up. I have to launch myself at my marina on the Ohio River with a 2009 Chrylsler Aspen (Hemi). I have use of a family member's truck to move it in and out of winter storage. I do not want to buy another tow vehicle. I won't travel with this boat since my family has boats on Norris Lake, TN and Lake St Clair, MI.
I haven't set a budget yet. Only looking for pros and cons of each. Here's what I'm thinking: 33 OL, 342, 34 Powerquest. I've seen plenty, but never ridden on any of them. Any reasons to lean one way or another?

I love my 33OL never been in a power quest but the 33 has soo much room in the cockpit. Has handled anything I have thrown at it so far....
I often launch by myself as well. With the right dock set up it is not a problem. It all depends on what your after, the 342 has alot of comforts depending on what your looking for.

Don't need the galley of a 342. My wife isn't interested in cooking for me on the water. Don't overnight much. But I've always like the looks.
Love the room in 33 and 36OLs. I'm not too fimilar with PQ, again just always liked the lines of the 34 and 38.

Two boats I would really look at if I were looking to move up. 33OL and Powerplay 33 flat deck. Both ride great. Rigging on the PP is going to be better, but you are going to be looking at an older boat to get one.

My sale went off without a hitch over the weekend. Kind of bitter-sweet. Made decent money on it, but now I'm worried I can't replace it with something as clean.
Let me narrow it down a little. I'm not looking at anything over $60K. I realize that puts me back to the turn of the century to get into a 342 or 33-36. For trailering capabilities I'm also looking at 29 Fountains (single). I used to own a '98. As much as I want a newer one, I can't justify the cost since I spend a lot of time at my parent's lakes. Showing the Baja on the river this weeknd was only the 4th time I had it out this year.
