I think your only solution is custom with the 252.

Westland makes very good custom fit full covers. They make with Sunbrella if you want to shell out the extra $. I had a grey sharkskin one on my 29 and was very happy with it.

They do go back to 2005 but unfortunately they do not have one for the 29 Outlaw. You can order single covers not just bulk on any that they do stock. An example of price on the older style is a Black full cover for 25 OL...$580.

They must still have covers for the 25OL. I checked on one a couple years back and only way they'd make me one is if I ordered 25.

Good timing! Just got mine delivered yesterday. www.iboats.com My 252 is a 98. I got the sharkskin, in red, and it fits great. Even comes with straps for towing. Price was better than any I've found.

What size did you get? 25 or 26 foot? wide or regular? and whats sharkskin like?

i am used to sunbrella, so whats the texture like?

I would like a cover that covers the sides so the grafics are covered it possible.

Sharkskin is poly. it's lighter than Sunbrella therefore a little easier to manage on bigger boats. Warranty is 5 years on both. Sunbrella is considered the best, but you pay for it. I've used both, been happy with both.

You can order custom for the 252. It fits perfectly and is trailerable, but it won't come all the way down to cover the graphics.

I have a 252 Baja that we are redoing the interior, that I can pattern one of these in Sunbrella? Would need to know ASAP.

You'll have to get one made, but these guys will be your best source.

Thanks, Dave

Like I have said before, we have the original patterns that Baja used in production at the plant. I cannot match the pricing of a "semi custom" cover in a cheaper material, but we will only use the original grade Sunbrella that breaths to avoid mold issues that can be caused from other materials. Another thing to consider is that we reinforce ALL areas that contact windshields, bolsters, headrests, canvas fittings, and more. This also helps avoid color bleed on any vinyl surface from happening. I have both cockpit, and mooring cover patterns for the 29 Outlaw, and 252 models needed.

Is that a trailering cover you custom made?

I like the fact it covers the sides. If it's just a cover for storage I've got one of those.
