Brad, do you ever make it to Houston with that bad ass? I'd love to see it in action.

Default Sorry,

Life's too short to go to Houston!

I wouldn't know my way around anyway.

Hey Liquid, one should learn to walk (or is it crawl in this case?) before running. Maybe Puder should master E-Bonics first!

Brad!

Sorry I don't know you that well, but I know Houston and Dallas and the people very well. I lived and commuted between both cities for a couple of years I will just say that comment was spoken like someone truly from Dallas.

I also like your boat, from what I have heard about it. It will out run me right now, but why not come down to the bay with us?

Default First off,

Homey here ain't from Dallas, don't live there either, ya'll are assuming too much. I say the same thing about Dallas! In fact, at the risk of alienating several more, I ain't from Texas either! Where do you suppose someone saying ain't and ya'll would be from??????

Once I get the top end of the motor back together with the new blower, I'll page you guys and maybe Liquid and I can make a run down there.

Hey yallllll,

I bet I know where Brad is from. Down here in the swamps.

Anyway on the Hammer Scarab thing. They run real close with the same power. I had a 22 with a 7.4 300hp and my friend has a Hammer with a 7.4 310hp. We ran neck and neck. For miles down the river no one could pull away. Put a 502/502 in the Scarab and left him in the roostertail. I feel the Hammer is a nicer boat, but the Scarab has a better profile. If you take away size clues the profile of the 22 Scarab looks just like the 38 Scarab, an all time classic offshore boat. The Hammer has the Euro look going. The Hammer is better made also with better fit and finish and its stronger. One thing I noticed was that the Scarab would plane a load better and it rode better. The Hammer would porpoise at cruising speeds while right next to him I would run smooth as glass.
