Yeah I would put them in the cabin if at all possible. I know it's possible because I got amps in the Irish Tornado's head, and that 302 is an SOB to get cables there.

ive got a six channel amp on the drivers side rear side of the rear bench and a 1200 watt mono for the subs on the pass side. been there since 04 and no problems, i have 10 speakers total in the boat and it rocks
