I would bring 2 spares, some blocks of wood to put the jack on in case of soft ground, and lots of other tools. Better to be prepared for a long trip like that. something always seems to pop up.
Congratulations on your new boat. I know the excitement of bringing home a new toy. :boat::boat::boat::boat: |
Congrats on the new toy!

Thanks guys! I cannot explain the excitement, but im sure everyone knows how i feel.
Revd up- good idea with the blocks of wood. Im going to start making a list of stuff to take with today. |
Buy a couple sets of wheel bearings in different sizes. You can always take them back. Congrats and good luck with the tow.

Is that Chris M.'s old 25? If so that is a really good buy. He used to live on my lake (Conroe) and it was a freshwater boat...had CMI's on it at one time and boat ran strong. He bought it from us when I was in the biz. Religious on maint. Good buy, congratz!

When I picked my outlaw up in chicago (8 hrs from me), I showed up with enough crap and tools that weighed the truck down lol.

HOSSMAN- The guy I am buying the boat from isn't Chris M. I don't know what other states the boat was in, but I do know that I will be the fourth owner. If I'm not too tired on the way back, I'd love to take a rip through LOTO.
matthewr- I hear ya man! I'll be sure to bring PLENTY of tools lol |
