Just won 25 OL on eBay!

Hey guys,

I've been a reader for quite sometime on OSO. I had a '97 20 Outlaw with a 5.7L in it a couple years ago. I wanted to get back into boating again and started looking at boats two months ago. I missed out on a 2000 272 Boss a couple weeks ago at a heck of a price, but everything happens for a reason, right?

I ended up winning a 2000 Baja 25 OL about a half hour ago. It has a 502 Mag MPI with 428 hours and comes with a matching trailer. I think I got it for one heck of a price @ $22K. The boat is in Alabama and I won't be able to get it until the weekend after Easter. It's going to be a LONG wait, but I think it will be worth it.

Here are a few pictures..

Can't wait to boat!

Thanks guys!

I think this will be quite the upgrade from the 20 OL. I sure got beat up in that little boat on the 15,000 acre lake I boat on.

I bought a new 2000 25 outlaw and loved it. I paid 55k for that same pkg new. Great buy and great boat. It will do 65 mph all day long
Enjoy

If you are towing it back bring a grease gun and pump some in the bearings before and during the trip. Who knows how long its been since they were done. Make sure you have some ratcheting tie downs to hook the boat to the trailer if it does not come eith them. Use three one on the bow eye and two in the rear.

And welcom to "Delta House" LOL

Haha thanks bro.

I'm already one step ahead of you. I already planned on bringing a spare tire, jack and jack stand, and of course a grease gun!

997 mile tow should break in the new Eco Boost :ernaehrung004:

keep track of your mileage pulling empty and coming back with the boat, I'm intersted to hear what the ecoboost gets real world mileage!

I'll be sure to keep track. I have almost 6k miles on it and a couple weeks ago I made an hour ride on 55 mph highway and I got 24.4 MPG.
