Want to remove it temporarily to run a wire through (input wire to the stereo so that when we watch movies on the Ipad in the cuddy, the sound is through the boat's speakers).

Can't see any obvious hardware, bracketry, etc.

Found the hidden screws, including a couple inside the enclosure.....
