I also took my refrig out and ended up putting amp and sub in there. Try and find the bolster stands that Baja used and the screw holes all line up on the seats.

I might have some drop out bolster frames or whole seats for sale that would need to be recovered to match but they're extra stout ( not out of a Baja) and a labbed by bblades 21 mirage I told you about probably a month ago if you want a worked prop. Now the fun begins! Lol

Congratulations.... she looks like a great boat. Good luck with it.

Can't wait to get it in the water, he said the top end will show 58 on the speedo and GPS will say 55 at 4,800 rpm, has a 21 mirage. Cabin looks like it was never used. The refrig is DC only, and it just lifts out of the area under the seat. They work great and I always filled it with food and kept the beer cooler quick to get to. No more food floating in melted ice that way.

Before you decide on the bolster option look inside the storage flap under the bucket seat and see if there is a 3" bump up in the fiberglass floor liner that the seat box is screwed to. The early years the Aero Bosters were not a option and my 260 was the very first one to have bolsers installed, but I had to fill-in the recess in the floor mold temporary as my boat was being built. Later on this was done permament to offer the bolster option in the 260. I still remember them telling me at work that bolsters would not work in that model and I just had to prove them wrong.

XT, I guess mine didn't have the 3" bump in it as the bolster stands worked perfect. And thank god for those access holes. Here's a pic after the install.

Thanks for the info on the bolsters, got to get the boat home first, then I'll check the floor etc, hopefully it's the same holes, don't want to mess the floor up, boat is literally like brand new. Can't wait to PU this Saturday, hoping for good weather, about a 8 hr round trip.

i thought the 250es was a '91 model??and i thought the '90 model was a sport 250??

mine is a '90 according to the hull id and the title, but its marked sport 250 on the dash and above the rub rail area on both sides of the boat.

I have a 1991 270. They changed the name in 91. I think ES stands for European Sport, not a 100% on that though. I'm sure XT can clear this up.
