Mine is a 2001 25 outlaw running a 509 mpi/efi 550hp NA, full roller setup, ported intake by Arizona Speed & Marine, ecm tune, crane 731 cam, emi thunder exhaust, 1:50 bravo one drive with 24p bravo prop with drive shower and imco single ram steering. Running at 71 to 73 GPS with a good load of fuel and 3 people. I am doing away with the fuel injection I will be running a carb for the 2013 season.

I put a blown 572 ci motor in one of these boats in 2002 the thing ran 78 mph took the motor out and put it in a 26 Velocity and ran 96 mph. The 25 Outlaw is a great boat it rode great.

Wow impressive, I am also thinking hull design and probably weight played a factor. What's the weight difference between both hulls?
