I went through all of this on my sport 250. i ended up with a fiberglass front section that i paid so little for i feel guilty for it lol. found it on a ebay auction after 4 years of searching. if you can get the glassed one, i would go that route. you never have to worry about it breaking again, well unless something like a tree fell on it. it seems like the windscreens on this era of Baja was their biggest flaw and i am willing to bet someone could make some money making new ones, there is always someone looking

There is a company in florida that makes it but they don't do it between April and September the company is upd plastics there number is 954-476-1194 the price $1150 not to bad but don't want to wait til September .i don't know the turn around time but getting it in the dead of winter is not going to help .
Tried to contact adjenelinjunky again today in regard to fiberglass but haven't heard back Still looking for good answer and source to move forward on this project ....

Can your be repaired? My buddy had a tree branch fall and break his windshield on his 250. He used a bunch of west systems stuff that he got at the marina and it came out great. Then painted it and you could not tell there was a repair.
