VHF antenna, starboard side.

Easy access from the helm.

Three foot stainless, not too big, not too small, just right!

Well, that is about all, until we get into the cuddy.

The 36 came with the standard issue bolt on alumium swim platform wit stainless steel ladder. It also has K-Planes.

The 36 also comes standard with McCleod electric bolters and has an option for two more in the cockpit.

We use a box anchor that stays in it's own storage bag in the side compartment behind the driver's bolster.

The driver and passenger both have two different foot rests, one for standing and one for sitting.

Baja offers the McCleod electric foot rest on the drivers side. That is one of the only options we did not get.

Oops,

Forgot the transom shower on the rear port side and the electric anchor light on the starboard side that works like a power antenna.

The cuddy is pretty much stock. We have replaced the plastic cup holders with polished alumium ones and replaced the plastic vent on the steps as you enter with a polished billet one. We have also mounted a chrome fire extinguisher with a black billet bracket in the cuddy.

The wife has made pillows that match the boat colors with the boat name on them and we have removed the curtains to give the cuddy a larger feel.

We have plans to remove the TV/VCR and enclose the area for storage. Then add a flat screen 15 inch LCD TV with DVD. Looks like we will be mounting it on the outside wall of the head.

The A/C unit is located under the berth and there is also a seperate storage area under there.

This should cover all the questions I have been asked and help others in the future.

Anything I missed, let me know.

Dock:

Looks like you invested as much in accessories as you did in the entire boat. Oh , by the way-are you retired now? When do you find time to put all that chit on? Ha Ha !!!!!

Sonny

Absolutley beautiful boat!!! Congratulations!

Macklin 05-04-2003 09:05 AM

Dock, beautiful boat. Waiting to see the rest of the pics. Do you have a vacuflush head with macerator? (my favorite option believe it or not) What is your top speed with those HP's? I tried out BillR's merc labbed B30's Friday. WOW! It was 80 degrees, high humidity and smooth sticky water. Got 79.7 on the gps. Now I want a pair!

Hope to see you guys up here this summer. Try to make it up for our poker run in August if possible.

Dock Holiday 05-04-2003 09:52 AM

Sonny,

Retired? Yeah right!!!!!

How's the cat doing? I want to talk to you more about Lake X.
Are you doing Lake Norman Poker Run or Smith Mt.?

Playn

Thanks man, It is a life long dream and everything has come together very well. We are enjoying it.

Hey Macklin,

How's it going? WOW, those are some nice speeds for sure. Wish the outlaw could turn those babies!

Thanks for reminding me about the poker run. We don't have anything planned in August and I hope we can make it up.

We do have the vacu-flush toilet, a very handy option. I did not go with the discharge. We are really never anywhere you can legally use it.

Sonny Spectre 30 05-04-2003 03:42 PM

Dock

Going to Smith Moutain Lake. Sent reservation in long time ago.
Should be a blast if the weather is good. Let me know how the Norman run goes. I hope they will have another later in the year.
I'll be coming to the lake some this summer anyway.

Cat is doing great-trying to fine tune props at the moment. Looking for 112.

Later-Sonny

Dock--your entire rig, boat, trailer and truck look like a class act.
Well done!

h2owarrior 05-04-2003 06:05 PM

Very nice. You have obviously been at this boating thing for a while. You know what you want and how you want it.

Don't know if we can ever hook up, but I would love to see your boat.

You ever think about coming to the Lake Cumberland Poker Run ?

Bajaforce 05-04-2003 08:48 PM

Closet on right as shown houses the CD changer, one stereo amp and the TV antenna control.

We store a few other things in there like our head phones.

When we got the 36, little did we know that the hatches were not sealed properly and were allowing water in.

Everythime we washed the boat a load of water came in crossed the head liner and ended up in the forward bilge.

The headliner began to look really bad, turned to a brown color and started letting loose.

Baja allowed Don Racine in Jacksonville to install a complete new headliner and do the necessary repairs to the hatches, including new trim rings.

Don did a GREAT job!:)
