The last bolt on my bow rail closest to the front of the boat is different from the rest on the rail. It is a stainless (silver in color) phillips head while the rest are white Allen head bolts. To me it looks stupid and out of place. Is anyone elses like this?

Mine is like you describe. The one on the end is screwed directly into the deck. The others (allen head) are screwed into the small white cylinders between the rail and the deck.

So, you guys are saying that all are allen except for the bow-most one?
I could swear mine are all allen. I used an allen wrench to get the wax out of mine and I didn't notice any phillips.

It is not only silver but does not sit flush with the rail like the other ones. To us picky or dare I say anal people, things like this don't go unnoticed. I wrote to Baja to complain and they said they would pass it on to engineering department.
I also complained about those useless hatch screens! Why not use velcro or some better method to install them so they seal up the opening some. On cool nights when we want to stay on the boat with the bow hatchs open we end up with a cuddy full of insects.
