Be careful with that 3M 5200.....It is great stuff, but once it's there....IT'S THERE TO STAY!!
Good luck, sorry to hear about that. But just remember...they may be expenseve, but boats are just like alot of other things, you are alwasy going to have issues and things are going to break. That;s jsut the way equipment and toys are.
Not saying you do not have a legit gripe, I don't blame ya for being peeved, but sometimes things just fall under the category of poop happens....

I have a friend with a 96 232 and has the same problem. Baja fixed it the first year under warrenty but will not now. The hull warrenty is for structure not stress. He had it fixed and it came right back. I had a 98 272 and didn't have those problems but I also didn't have that style of vents.
