1 question??/ did you paint both sides or just one..

Both are painted then cleared. Flex agent added to paint

I wouldn't recommend painting the vents on the rear of your boat. Eddiemarine.com sells some that will replace the existing ones and looks much better. They come pwdercoated or anodized. I am pretty sure this is what steelware has done. Here is a pic of mine.

Thanks bikinilover. I will look into the vents from eddie marine. I Didn't know if they would match (color) I just got my color matched and was going to try and have everything painted this week. I also sent my prop out to Darin at Houston prop last thursday so I can't get on the water anyway. What prop and speed are you getting out of your Outlaw?

23p Mirage Plus non labbed. I am seeing 64 mph on gps with a 375 hp 496 mag.

What color are you trying to match? Here is the link to the vents you will need.

I am trying to match the Navy blue of the paint scheme. Do you think that the paint would not hold up on the existing vents?
