Thinking of putting one on, including swim platform, with about a 8- 12" setback an along with a rmanual-jack, about 4-6". I'm thinking of a toal of about 12-16" of setback, does these sound about right? oh, twin Loopers, about 240HP each will go on the boat. Any suggestions at all would help a lot, thanks!

I spoke to some who makes and sells the brackets and he told me that the norm is 1" set back for each ft of boat and that the motor can mount right to the bracket and there's no need for the rapid jack or any other type of mount. Also the new Banana Boat seems to have about a two ft set back, though it only has one outboard.

is there that much of a difference if I use a full with the swim plateform? I think the new 24'er has it with a single OB, could I get away with it with twins?
