Yea, that's definately it I'd say. The last picture of Rice Hauler was taken in a lake outside of Phoenix Arizona.

So, I wonder whos impound yard Rice Hauler is sitting in right now. Most likely uncovered rotting in the hot Az. sun unfortunately. Probably be up for auction eventually though.
