HELP!! Greenville SC a boat was left on my prop. with flat trailer tire,several attempts to get in touch with that person have failed. Rumor has it that it may be stolen.

Yep, double thanks Steve for spotting my boat!
Folks, I had a unquie custom canvas cover on my custom aluminum box on the rear of my Sonic. It was either stolen or came off on the freeway (any sane trailer guy would know to take it off before trailering, but maybe my guy was even more stupid than I now realize. ) The jerk "captain" trailer jockey who brought it up from Florida also left my cockpit cover off while he left the boat sitting nose down in the rain in North Carolina for a few days and soaked the cabin interior with several inches of water standing on the floor and carpet. I chewed him out for soaking my boat cabin before I realized the box cover was also missing, and foolishly paid him in full.
Now he will not return my phone calls inquiring what happened to the box cover. Kindly let me know if anyone knows the true story.
